My name is Kerry and I’m a 72 year old lady. I had plastic surgery done by a wonderful surgeon Mr Ragoowansi. I could write pages to tell anyone who is planning to have surgery to use him. I have been in fashion all my life and my looks are so important to me. I need to add that I’m very vain and hate wrinkles and all this growing old gracefully. My neck was getting very bad so that I had to start wearing scarves to cover it up. Seeing so many people on Television with their faces pulled so tight like they have been in a wind tunnel, I was very concerned about having any surgeries on my face and neck. I met Mr Ragoowansi at the London Hospital and I liked him straight away and the way he explained things to me about a soft face lift made me put my trust fully in his hands. Three months ago, a very nervous me turned up at the hospital in Wanstead to have the work done and before the operation Mr Ragoowansi came to see me putting me at ease. What can I say! Three months later, there is only one word and that is brilliant. No scars and only one month after the operation I was wearing my hair up and thank goodness haven’t got to wear any more scarves. Anyone who is thinking of having a face list you cannot go wrong in going to Mr Ragoowansi and if you want to contact me I would be happy to speak to you or meet you via his secretary, Julie. management of expectations and clear guidance on what was suitable for my wife in respect of the final
outcome. The result is a really natural profile which to be quite honest doesn't look like a 'boob job'. My wife's
confidence has increased greatly with her new look and it is in no doubt a life changing experience for her.
Raj was very supportive throughout. Given it was a bank holiday weekend nothing was too much trouble and he was of great assistance.
So often such talented and highly qualified professionals can loose the 'human touch'. This is most definitely
not the case here. We were treated like individuals not just 'patients'.

Thank you for an impressive augmentation last week. I feel very happy with the result, even though I know that it is still very early days post op and it all still needs time to settle, but if it holds to look as good as it is now just a week post surgery then it is definitely the appearance I had hoped for. I must commend you on your needle work it is all looking very neat and healthy. I had my appointment with Jayne yesterday and we both agreed thay look wow! I must say Jayne is a gem of a nurse and I am sure a real asset to your practice. Jayne has such a friendly and caring way, she is just lovely.
